  • 1 box white cake mix 15.25 ounces
  • 1 box instant cheesecake pudding mix 3.4 ounces
  • ¾ cup 2% or whole milk
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla paste or extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

For the Cheesecake Frosting:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened to room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract

  1. Warm the oven up to 350°F. Spray cooking spray that doesn’t stick on a 12-cup bundt pan. It should be a baking spray. In this way, the bundt cake will be easier to take out of the pan.
  2. Mix the cake and pudding mixes, milk, oil, eggs, vanilla, and almond extracts in a stand mixer bowl with the paddle tool or a large bowl with a hand mixer. On medium speed, beat for about two minutes, or until everything is well mixed.
  3. Put the batter into the pan that has been prepared. Use a spoon or spatula to smooth the top.
  4. Put it in an oven that has already been warm and bake it for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. For 45 minutes, let the cake cool on a wire rack before turning it over onto a plate to serve.
  5. Before you add the cream cheese filling, wait until the cake is almost cool.
