INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp Ham (diced)
  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Peas, Carrots)
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine
  • 0.5 tsp Sesame Oil
  • Salt – to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper (powdered) – to taste

Instructions

Stir Fry Sauce
  1. Take bowl and mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Chinese cooking wine. Set this bowl aside.
Vegetable Prep
  1. Cut up the onions and garlic.
  2. Dice the carrots if you’re not using frozen mix. Set aside with the peas and corn.
  3. Cut the cabbage into shreds and set it aside.
  4. Put the cauliflower in the food processor and cut it up.
Other Ingredients
  1. Cut the ham into pieces and set them aside.
  2. Arrange the ingredients the way the picture shows.
  3. When the wok and oil are hot, this helps you work faster.
To Stir Fry
  1. Get a wok or a deep pan very hot. Put in half of the oil.
  2. Add one egg that has been beaten to the wok. Break it up and take it out of the wok. Set aside.
  3. Put in the rest of the cooking oil and heat it until it starts to smoke.
  4. Fry the garlic and onion until they start to turn a little brown.
  5. Put in the ham and cook for 30 seconds.
  6. As was said above, add the stir-fry sauce.
  7. Fry the food until it all looks dry.
  8. You can add cabbage and mixed vegetables.
  9. If you put too many vegetables in a small space, they will sweat and get soggy. Put them all over the wok.

  12. Add the cauliflower and cook it until it is well covered and smokey.
