Instructions

  1. Warm the oven up to 350’F and put 12 pieces of parchment paper in a standard metal muffin pan.

  3. Break up the protein powder, baking powder, salt, and almond flour. Add them all and mix them well. Add the chocolate chunks and mix them in.
  4. Then, carefully fold in the raspberries. If you want them to be spread out well, you can chop them up a bit too.
  5. Place an equal amount of batter in each of the muffin cups that have been prepared. Add a few more mini chips on top of each one.
  6. When it’s done, it should be golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Take it out of the pan and let it cool down there.
