Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tablespoon butter melted but not hot
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ⅔ cup almond flour
- ⅓ cup Swerve Brown
- ¼ cup unflavoured whey protein powder
- ½ tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Put the eggs, almond milk, butter, and vanilla in a large blender. For 30 seconds, blend to mix. It will be smooth after you add the protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, spices, salt, and sweetener. Take 5 minutes to let the batter rest.
- In the meantime, heat up the waffle iron and lightly grease it.
- Fill the iron with about ⅓ cup of the batter. Spread it out slowly to the edges. For each waffle made with a Dash mini waffle iron, you will need about 3 tablespoons. You will need more batter if you use a big, deep Belgian-style waffle maker.
- Put the lid back on and cook until both sides are puffed up and golden brown. The time will change based on the waffle iron you use.
